About Wing:

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. Wing is a part of Google's parent company, Alphabet, and our mission is to create the preferred means of delivery for the planet. If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.

About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Commerce Product team. This role is hybrid based in Palo Alto, CA. In this high impact role, you will lead the execution and evolution of key pillars within our commercial ecosystem, from optimizing our consumer facing app features to managing the API integrations that power our enterprise partnerships. You aren't just shipping features, you are the bridge between complex logistics and a seamless user experience. You will act as a key partner to Engineering and Business Development, ensuring our commercial products are scalable, intuitive, and revenue-driven. Whether you are refining the checkout flow or enhancing merchant tools for international expansion, your focus will be on building robust systems that drive measurable growth in a fast-evolving industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end to end product lifecycle for specific commerce workstreams (e.g., Checkout Experience, Merchant Tools, or Partner APIs), ensuring delivery against Wing’s commercial growth targets.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch, translating operational challenges into clean, automated product solutions.
  • Partner daily with UX, Engineering, and Global Operations to build products that serve a dual audience: our enterprise partners and the end-consumer.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area. Use experimentation and data analysis to iterate quickly and improve product health.
  • Manage stakeholder buy-in across Legal, Policy, and Operations for your initiatives, acting as the subject matter expert for your domain within the Commerce pillar.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of proven track record in Product Management, specifically within high-growth tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to launch with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven integrations and white-label experiences; you understand how to build for partners without compromising the end-user experience.
  • Experience with internal-facing tools, logistics, or "real-world" tech is a major plus. You are comfortable translating messy physical workflows into digital requirements.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are obsessed with removing friction for both the customer and the internal team.
  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
