The Data Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of healthcare reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. The role designs and delivers reports, dashboards, and data products that transform clinical and operational data into actionable insights to support decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and enhance organizational performance. Working closely with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders, the incumbent ensures the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and user-centric analytics solutions that support strategic, operational, and regulatory objectives.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, business, and organizational objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into effective reports, dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and analytical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for reporting solutions, troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, security, and compliance of reporting data through testing, validation, reconciliation, quality assurance, and adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
- Provide user training and technical guidance, support project delivery and stakeholder coordination, develop healthcare domain knowledge, and contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with EPIC Cogito reporting tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization is preferred.
- Experience using Databricks, SQL, and data warehousing concepts for data analysis and reporting is preferred.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, data validation, documentation, and user support.
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of clinical, operational, and healthcare data workflows, as well as data governance, security, and regulatory requirements, are preferred.
