Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega projects and programs.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional development, QA, and support teams.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery governance.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project performance, KPIs, quality, timelines, and financials.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to delivery standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong Pega project/delivery experience.
  • Proven experience in Pega delivery/project/program management.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Experience managing Agile delivery teams.
  • Mandatory domain experience: BFSI & Healthcare.
  • Strong communication, leadership, risk management, and governance skills.

Preferred: Pega certification such as CSA/CSSA/LSA and experience managing large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.
