We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualtrics to support a large-scale enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate initiatives across Learning and Experience Management domains, acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, combined with practical understanding of LMS and Qualtrics solutions.

What you'll be doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of LMS and Qualtrics related initiatives. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners. Manage project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders. Ensure project governance, compliance, and reporting standards are met. Facilitate communication between business, IT, and third-party service providers. Monitor vendor performance and support decision-making processes. Drive issue resolution and escalation management. Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.

What You'll Bring Along

Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments. Proven experience delivering projects involving: SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Qualtrics Experience Management solutions Experience managing external implementation partners and vendors. Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT organizations. Experience with project budgeting, governance, and executive reporting. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Professional proficiency in English, German is a plus.

Nice to Have: Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries. Previous exposure to Munich Re or similar enterprise environments. SAP SuccessFactors certifications. Qualtrics certifications. German language skills.
