In this role, you will help turn business needs into practical solutions that strengthen service delivery and support informed decision-making across the organization. The Business Analyst plays a key part in connecting stakeholders, business users, and technical teams, bringing structure to complex needs and helping initiatives move from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities• Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze workflows and identify process improvement opportunities across service operations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Create reports and dashboards to track performance, trends, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and change management.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into clear business documentation.
- Experience improving workflows and operational processes.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis, including strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with formal change management.
- Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred.
