Position Overview
OWT Global LLC is seeking experienced Project Managers to drive program execution and operational excellence supporting both critical and broader Blue List initiatives. These roles are central to delivering high-quality, on-time outcomes in a complex defense environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of responsibility for overall program management, schedule execution, resource scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
- Work closely with Government Program Managers to develop plans and procedures, coordinate activities, and ensure scheduling and resource protocols are maintained and followed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, quality performance metrics, and risk management processes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of program activities, including milestones tracking, resource allocations, and performance reporting.
- Facilitate high-level communication and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the COR as appropriate.
- Prepare recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documentation necessary to support Government decision-making and program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience supporting DoD or federal agencies.
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Demonstrated technical mastery in scheduling and maintaining resource-loaded schedules and enterprise tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive information.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Experience managing complex defense programs, including EVM requirements and Critical Path Method analysis.
- Proven track record coordinating with Government stakeholders and delivering high-quality programmatic outcomes.
Clearance & Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
Location
- San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA – DCMA Facility (1 FTE per location as applicable).
