EcoCeres is a global leader in the innovation and commercialization of renewable fuels and green molecules. We are looking for an ambitious Analyst to build a career in IR and corporate finance as we continue to scale our impact in the energy transition.
As a core member of our IR and Corporate Finance team, you will help shape how investors, research analysts and external parties understand one of the most compelling decarbonization growth stories. You will also support strategic capital markets and investment initiatives to fuel EcoCeres’ future growth.
The successful candidate will work directly with experienced professionals and gain a clear pathway to build a long-term career in Investor Relations and Corporate Finance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities – What you'll do
Investor Relations
- Help develop and execute our IR strategy – from positioning and messaging to investor and analyst targeting and engagement
- Prepare compelling presentation materials, financial analyses and Q&A briefings for senior management and external stakeholders
- Coordinate investor communications and events, including roadshows, analyst meetings, and earnings calls
Corporate Finance
- Track capital markets developments, industry trends, and comparable peers’ dynamics
- Support the execution of strategic investments and capital markets transactions
- Build robust financial models and return analyses to support key corporate finance initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements – Who we're looking for
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, or a client-facing analytical role. Exceptional recent graduates with a strong internship track record will also be considered
- Education: A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution – finance or other business majors preferred
- Language: Native fluency in English preferred. Additional language skill(s) (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or a European language) are a strong plus
- Technical: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Mindset: Intellectually curious, attentive to detail and a strong willingness to learn
