Azure AI/Vertex AI/OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini, API Gateways, Service Mesh, Enterprise Integration Platforms, Entitlement & Provisioning Management, Licensing & Governance Platforms, ServiceNow Integration & Automation, FinOps/Usage Metering/Auditing/Chargeback, .NET/Python/Node.js/Go, REST APIs & Microservices

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Managed AI Gateway platform.

• Develop and support AI service integrations including Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Codex, and future AI services.

• Build and maintain scalable API services, integration layers, and gateway orchestration capabilities.

• Develop and support web portal experiences used for AI service onboarding, entitlement management, and operational workflows.

• Implement authentication, authorization, provisioning, and lifecycle management capabilities.

• Support global user onboarding, access workflows, and service consumption across member firms.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in critical incident response activities.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams, and Platform Engineers.

• Perform code reviews and establish the best practices in engineering.

• Mentor offshore developers and contractors while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities.

• Contribute to architecture implementation, technical roadmaps, and platform modernization initiatives.

• Support platform scalability, reliability, performance tuning, observability, and operational excellence.
