USfalcon is seeking a Data Scientist, Craftsman to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop and deploy analytics solutions incorporating LLM usage, natural language processing, and text analytics.
- Apply MAVEN Smart Systems to support automated decision-making, intelligent workflows, and advanced analytics pipelines.
- Design, build, and optimize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical modeling solutions to support mission requirements.
- Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize structured query language (SQL) to design, maintain, and optimize relational database schemas and data architectures.
- Automate data processing workflows using Python to support scalable, repeatable analytics operations.
- Query and integrate data from external sources, including APIs, web services, and RSS feeds.
- Operate within Agile development environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, operations, and mission stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in data science, data visualization, artificial intelligence, text analytics, SQL/database development, or related analytics disciplines.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, applied physics, data analytics, or an equivalent field.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI
