Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions that help nonprofit organizations manage donors, constituents, volunteers, grants, programs, benefits, and case management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, automation, integrations, and experience implementing nonprofit-specific data models and business processes.
The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, administrators, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record-triggered automation, and approval processes.
- Implement custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Good experience in implementing Non-Profit Cloud
- Expert in handling Donor Management, Grants Management modules
- Expert in Program & Benefits Management, Case Management modules
- Experience in handling complex Flows
- Experience in handling Data Migration activities
- Experience in designing Experience Cloud portals
- Expert level in Reports and Dashboards
- Experience in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is preferred

Required Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience with integrations and data migration.
