Overview

Polk Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager Executive to lead complex, high-value construction projects while driving overall project strategy, execution, and performance. This role oversees project teams, ensures alignment with company goals, and delivers projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level oversight of project planning and execution
  • Lead and mentor project managers and field leadership
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
  • Drive strategic planning, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Maintain and grow client and stakeholder relationships
  • Review and approve major project decisions, change orders, and scopes
  • Monitor project progress and overall portfolio performance
  • Support business development and project pursuits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects
  • Leadership experience overseeing teams and multiple projects
  • Strong executive leadership and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of construction operations and contracts
  • Strong financial and budget management skills
