Technical Lead, Platform Engineering & DevOps

Summary of Position:

Technical Lead involved in design, automation, and operation of the Digital Health cloud platform. Drive AWS, EKS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI analytics platform capabilities to enable scalable, compliant, and high-performing healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud platform architecture and engineering on AWS/Cloud.
• Design and operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Drive CI/CD automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
• Enable AI Analytics and data-driven capabilities through scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Implement observability, monitoring, security, and compliance controls.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across Digital Health platform initiatives.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• AWS Cloud Architecture
• Kubernetes (EKS)
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• CI/CD Pipelines
• GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Helm
• Monitoring & Observability (Datadog or similar)
• DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering practices
• AI/ML platform infrastructure and analytics enablement
• Security, HIPAA, and regulated environment experience 

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
