In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations ⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables ⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience

Java/J2EE, Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Apache Kafka, REST APIs, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, SQL/Oracle, Design Patterns, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, Unit Testing (JUnit/Mockito), application performance tuning and production troubleshooting. Strong hands-on experience in designing and architecting scalable Java microservices, event-driven architecture using Kafka producers/consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups and offset management, API/integration design, resiliency, exception handling, security, logging and distributed-system troubleshooting. Preferred Skill and Experience

AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift, Redis, NoSQL, ELK/Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, API Gateway, OAuth2/JWT, SonarQube and Agile/Scrum. Preferred experience leading solution architecture, technical design reviews, modernization of monolithic applications to microservices, cloud/container deployments, performance optimization, observability, DevSecOps and mentoring development teams. Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
