What this role is all about
As a Product Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and adoption of dedicated products and services across global markets. You will work closely with regional sales teams, product stakeholders, and marketing to identify growth opportunities, improve pipeline performance, and strengthen go-to-market execution. In this individual contributor role, you will combine commercial insight, product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to support market penetration and revenue generation. You will join a team focused on enabling customer-facing teams, removing blockers, and turning market insights into actionable strategies.
What you’ll do
- Drive commercial performance and support the achievement of targets for dedicated products and services
- Enable global sales teams through product knowledge sharing, sales support, and customer-facing collaboration
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies and customer segmentation plans to support product growth
- Identify market opportunities and partner with regional and HQ teams to address blockers and improve adoption
- Monitor pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, while supporting initiatives to remove roadblocks
- Collaborate with sales, revenue, marketing, and product teams to align priorities and identify new growth areas
- Attend strategic customer meetings and support Account Executives, Customer Growth Executives, and Customer Success Executives during engagements
What makes you a strong fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical studies, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in, or interest in learning more about, the telecommunications or technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and systematic approach
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business challenges and recommend actionable ideas
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Interest in technology and adoption of AI in everyday work
