Could you be the full-time Project Cyber Security Manager in Egypt we’re looking for?

More Than a Job: A Mission

We are looking for a passionate Project Cyber Security Manager to lead the design and implementation of secure, resilient digital systems that protect the backbone of modern mobility. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every connected system we deliver meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and trust.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Define and implement cybersecurity strategies ensuring scalability across multiple rail projects and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate cybersecurity controls into system architectures and project lifecycles.
  • Ensure reliability through continuous risk assessment, vulnerability management, and compliance with IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Drive innovation by introducing advanced threat detection, intrusion prevention, and secure-by-design methodologies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and cybersecurity awareness across project teams through structured training and mentoring programs.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
  • Experience with network security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
  • Ability to perform threat modeling and risk analysis for industrial control systems.
  • Strong understanding of secure software development practices and DevSecOps principles.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts effectively.

How Success Is Measured

  • Achievement of project cybersecurity milestones and compliance with delivery timelines.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Reduction in vulnerabilities and improved system resilience through proactive risk management.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

  • Work with cutting-edge rail technologies and contribute to Alstom’s digital transformation vision.
  • Deliver global impact from our Egypt office, supporting sustainable mobility worldwide.
  • Advance your career through continuous learning, certifications, and leadership development programs.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
