Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

About the Role (What You'll Do):

McKesson Canada is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across our Specialty Health business unit. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Project Management, you will manage multiple projects that support Patient Support Programs (PSP), Specialty Pharmacy, and other healthcare solutions. Working closely with business, operational, and technology stakeholders, you will drive project execution, manage risks, facilitate decision-making, and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for medium to large-scale healthcare and business initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Facilitate project governance activities and provide status reporting to leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and drive resolution of project challenges.
  • Partner with business teams to define project objectives, requirements, and success measures.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support solution implementation.
  • Track project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across operational, technology, and business teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery practices and business processes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or technology projects.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, infusion clinic, or biopharma industry experience.
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP).
  • Experience with system implementations, software deployments, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, SaaS implementations, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience leading organizational change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical services and patient access programs.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level presentations, meetings, and decision-making forums.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$81,500 - $108,600
