Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding our clients’ needs, analyzing existing business processes, and designing effective solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and automation using MS D365 Business Central.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices.
  • Leverage Microsoft Dynamics ERP capabilities to automate tasks.
  • Perform functional testing to validate system functionality.
  • Conduct key-user training sessions.
  • Supervise application build and deployment activities.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in technical or Economics field (Bachelor or higher).
  • At least 3 years of practical experience with ERP-systems (e.g. 1C, Oracle, AX, SAP, etc.).
  • Practical experience as a MS Dynamics Business Central/NAV Consultant is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of finance/accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to speak and write English at working level.
