At PwC's Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) practice, we work alongside clients to design and deliver complex transformation programmes across strategy, process, technology and change.
We're growing our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland and are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the delivery of client engagements and help organisations navigate complex transformation programmes.
You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, shape practical solutions and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Alongside engagement delivery, you'll coach junior consultants, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Make a substantial impact in the following areas:
- Lead transformation engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes that solve complex business challenges and create lasting client impact.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, shape solutions and deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary project teams, providing direction, coaching and quality oversight from planning through to implementation.
- Manage engagement delivery, including project planning, resource coordination, budgets, risks and changing priorities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate client workshops, governance forums and executive discussions, providing clear communication and practical recommendations.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals and strengthening client relationships.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Drive the continuous improvement of PwC's transformation methodologies, tools and ways of working to enhance delivery and client value.

- Approximately 5–8 years' experience delivering transformation, project or change initiatives within consulting or a complex corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams and delivering complex client engagements.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, risks and competing priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to business development and client growth.
- Experience working within recognised delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMI/PMBOK.
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering meaningful transformation outcomes.
