We are seeking candidates with professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or English. The Dispute Lab is a dynamic and innovative environment where proactive engagement and collaboration are encouraged, enabling you to learn and develop skills in multiple directions while contributing to Medtronic’s success.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Working on process improvements based on data and feedback
- Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes
- Presenting insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Supporting scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer
- Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management
- Identifying automation potential and coordinating automation development
- Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and participating in quality calibration activities
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions
- Presentation and data storytelling skills
- Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
- A „can do” attitude and adaptability to change
- Great team player
