This isn't just about reading reports - we are looking for an experienced analyst who can build analytical processes from raw events to high-level strategic insights.
Our team is responsible for optimizing the traffic and conversion across all Allegro markets. Our goal is to transition to an “AI-first” model and achieve full automation of analytics. The new analyst will join the team of experienced analysts and serve as a key insights provider for performance marketing teams. You’ll also become the technical owner of projects such as Automated Anomaly Detection, Advanced Decomposition of Conversion Factors, and more, and you’ll work with us to develop the Google Looker BI tool.
Your main responsibilities:
• Traffic and Conversion Analysis: Analysis of visits, conversion rate and transactions broken down by external traffic sources for 4 markets
• Strategic Business Partnering: Acting as a dedicated analytical partner for performance marketing and growth teams (including PPC, SEO, MA, affiliate and app marketing), translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Marketing & Customer Value Analytics: Developing and refining marketing attribution frameworks, analyzing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and evaluating campaign performance to support optimal budget allocation
• BI & Self-Service Analytics: Leading analytical initiatives to build, optimize, and modernize reporting environments (including Looker) to empower business stakeholders with clear, interactive data visualizations
• Data Quality & Anomaly Detection: Monitoring traffic health, analyzing bot patterns, and identifying data anomalies to maintain high data purity and reliable reporting
• Ad-hoc & High-Impact Projects: Delivering fast-paced analytical support and actionable insights for strategic cross-functional initiatives and new product or commercial launches
• Data Pipelines & Automation: Creating and optimizing automated reporting cycles and data workflows to streamline analytical processes and ensure efficient data delivery
This is the right job for you, if you:
• Have strong experience in Data Analytics within E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing areas
• Are proficient in SQL and experienced in working with BigQuery in Google Cloud Platform
• Have hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating and automating data workflows
• Possess fluent English skills (B2 level) with proven confidence in presenting data insights to Senior Leadership and Executive Teams
• Combine deep analytical skills with a proactive, PM-like approach – adept at managing multiple stakeholders, gathering requirements, and turning complex data into clear business recommendations
• Hold a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or similar)
• Are familiar with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau (experience in Looker migration is a big plus)
• Have a basic understanding of marketing attribution concepts
• Are open to leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost daily analytical efficiency and coding workflows
What we offer:
• Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4d office/1d home) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work
• A great learning opportunity, working with people coming from a lot of experience in top tier strategy consulting and e-commerce space
• Well-located office in Warsaw (with e.g., fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms)
• A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers)
• English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job
• A training budget and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings
• An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal
