Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Digital M&T Experienced Business Analyst for Engineering (f/m) to join our Digital Methods & Tools for Engineering department based in Marignane, France.
You will join the Engineering Operations Enablers department (ETE) being part of the Process, Methods & Tools for Engineering team (ETEM).
The mission of the department is to deliver enablers to boost the efficiency in Engineering while providing added value to our customers, in terms of Strategy, Transformation, Processes, Methods and Tools, and Ways of Working.
We provide an End-To-End vision and transversal project management of needed enablers while fostering local initiatives within Engineering departments.
We collaborate with and work closely with Information Management, Central Transformation and Digital Transformation Office organizations to lead business transformation within Airbus Helicopters Engineering.
We are a transnational team in France and Germany who believe in empowering our people, in simplifying our processes and tools and driving innovation.

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will join the Engineering Methods and Tools PLM Squad of the department reporting directly to the Squad Leader, being at the forefront of the transformation and continuous improvement plan targeting to reach the operational excellence in all we are doing
In the frame of the digital transformation supported by VALUE and continuous improvement projects, Engineering is designing, building and deploying the E2E PLM digital landscape of today and tomorrow.
Acting as an Experienced Business Analyst, being accountable for the Electrical data integration into the DMU and PLM context, you will have a key-role in this set-up with the mission to:
- Optimize value delivery and foster continuous improvement through effective impediment, business case and risk management.
- Bridge the gap between customer desires, market trends, and PLM capabilities
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment & Value Delivery
- Optimizing the value delivered for Engineering
- Ensure the delivery of efficient and robust M&T solution for electrical design office
- Ensuring that all development stream objectives & vision are aligned with Airbus Helicopters Engineering strategy and the convergence towards DDMS capabilities
- Ensuring the vision and objectives are understood and aligned with the Lead functions
Risk, Impediment
- Identifying risks and ensuring mitigation actions are defined.
- Managing risks
- Managing impediments.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Setting up meaningful metrics and producing information to help prioritize and consolidate improvement plan
- Providing regular reporting to Business stakeholders.
- Fostering efficiency with teams by supporting and encouraging continuous improvement.
Required skills:
- Experience on CAD design, EWIS and PLM integration
- Experience in the Airbus Helicopters design office.
- Experience in DO/PO will be a plus.
- Proven experience in leading deliveries with significant impact on efficiency & performance improvements
- Strong facilitation skills for leading
- Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner;
- Ability to negotiate, influence and to manage conflicts;
- Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis;
- Challenge mind-set, ability to speak up
- Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe ...)
- Experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage skills of different functions in complex multi-functional-teams
- Negotiation level of English and French; German is a plus
