Full description

Rheem is seeking a customer-focused Digital Product Manager to lead TotalView, Rheem’s connected fleet monitoring platform. This role is central to our mission of delivering connected experiences that enhance our physical products and drive customer value.

The Digital Product Manager will define and execute the fleet monitoring platform's vision, manage the roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle - from discovery and design to launch and scaling. Collaboration with engineering, UX, marketing, and hardware teams will be key to ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical systems.

This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, user empathy, and business strategy. You’ll translate customer needs and market opportunities into innovative features that improve performance, drive engagement, and support Rheem’s leadership in connected solutions.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Roswell, GA (Hybrid) and Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a digital product - from discovery and MVP definition to launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Partner with marketing and customer support to support go-to-market strategy, product launches, and customer engagement.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize features and initiatives, balancing data-driven insights, impact, feasibility, customer feedback, and strategic alignment.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into actionable product decisions.
  • Apply MVP thinking and an iterative approach to feature development, ensuring fast learning cycles and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, ensuring alignment across internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and hardware teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that integrate with connected devices.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
  • Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, digital trends, and IoT innovations to inform product strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in IoT, SaaS, or consumer technology.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High technical aptitude and experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for building and owning innovative, customer-facing products.
  • Experience with connected devices, smart home ecosystems, or IoT platforms is a strong plus.
