Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

  • Lead the definition of R&D Master Data transformation to ERP Product Data

Management, and the deployment of cross-domain workflows and data integrations across tools and systems

  • Engage and collaborate with Infineon stakeholders globally, from technical experts to senior management, across all divisions and central functions to define, promote, and continuously improve product data

management methodologies within the PLM environment

  • Drive the development of strategies,

techniques, and methodologies to ensure traceability of product data throughout the entire product lifecycle and work closely with business representatives

  • Coordinate PLM

deployment activities related to PDM topics, while providing training and ongoing support to business end users and subject matter experts

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
  • Experience in enterprise digitalization, business process optimization, and

data integration across multiple functions and proven track record in requirements gathering, solution definition, enterprise architecture, and driving implementation through deployment

  • Experience working with complex system landscapes, interfaces, and integration between business applications and IT systems
  • Strong knowledge of PLM/PDM, Master Data Management (MDM), ERP integration,

and data governance concepts

  • Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration across business, IT,

suppliers, and global organizations, Project Management certification is preferred

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment across

organizational boundaries, and work in a structured, analytical, and strategic manner

  • Fluency in English
