Business Intelligence (BI) Developer (m/f/d)
Job Description:
As a BI Developer, you are responsible for maintaining and building the BI environment and contributing to the further development of business requirements. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and do developments that increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- You analyze the requirements of our customers in the area of BI/Data Warehouse and work on defining and further developing the BI environment.
- You contribute to the development of Data Marts or other forms of a business layer and implement data models Data Marts/Views. You take on the conception of ETL processes, implement key figures, standard reports, and dashboards, and develop interfaces to data source systems.
- As a competent contact person, you advise on suitable implementation and introduction strategies or specific IT solutions and tools.
- Documenting processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
- Part of the automation team to optimize and automate the IT processes.
Requirements:
- You have completed a degree in (business) informatics or have an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of BI.
- Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work agilely and independently.
- Enjoy working internationally and excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and German (advanced).
- Team player with motivation for the continuous development of high-quality solutions.
