About the Opportunity
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the creation and launch of new products from the ground up. This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys building products from zero to one and taking full ownership throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will define product strategy, identify new market opportunities, and drive execution alongside a dedicated engineering and QA team. A significant focus of the role involves developing products for Asian markets, making cultural awareness and adaptability an important part of long-term success.
Requirements
Required Experience
- Extensive experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally within fintech or financial technology
- Demonstrated success leading products from concept through launch and growth
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate edge cases and ensure high-quality execution
- Experience working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments where rapid decision-making is essential
- Ability to understand and adapt products for different cultural markets, particularly across Asia
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience building products that incorporate gamification or competitive mechanics
- Familiarity with product analytics and data visualization platforms such as PostHog
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including products such as equities, CFDs, options, or derivatives
- Technical knowledge sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, including familiarity with APIs, WebSockets, or distributed systems
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Leadership
- Take full ownership of products from initial concept through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Define product vision, roadmap, and execution plans while ensuring timely delivery
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on business objectives and customer value
Market Research & Product Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and product differentiators
- Develop product strategies tailored to regional market needs, with particular emphasis on Asian audiences
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to continuously refine the product roadmap
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of developers and QA engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Foster efficient collaboration while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery
- Ensure teams remain focused on priorities and aligned with business goals
Decision-Making & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Make timely, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced product environment
- Present product strategies, priorities, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Take ownership of outcomes and clearly communicate the rationale behind key decisions
Product Optimization
- Adapt product features and user experiences to meet the expectations of different regional markets, particularly across Asia
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
