Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions and automated workflows
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance web-based applications to support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define process flows, system specifications, and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive timely delivery of digital solutions by aligning project execution with defined process goals, performance metrics, and stakeholder expectations
• Identify and resolve system issues during deployment while continuously improving usability, process efficiency, and user experience
• Establish reusable and scalable solution frameworks to enable adoption and extension across multiple COEs beyond EISG

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in web base enterprise software development
• Proficient in ASP.NET, SQL, C#, MS SQL Database, RESTful API, HTML5, AJAX, CSS, JSON, MVC, LINQ, Git, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good understanding and application of tools, principles, concept and techniques related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis.
• Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize.
• Be able to display good problem solving skills with drive to improve existing business processes and procedures
• Having good communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
• An excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
• Ability to work with various senior stakeholders
• Desire to learn new technologies
• MS Excel macro is added advantage.
