Salesforce Administrator

About the Role

Join NZCR's Digital/Platform team and take ownership of the day-to-day management, enhancement, and optimisation of our OASIS Salesforce platform. Working closely with internal study teams, data specialists, trainers, and external project teams, you'll build scalable solutions, improve user experience, and support ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage users, profiles, permissions, roles, and licences

• Build and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts

• Create workflows and automation using Salesforce Flow

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights

• Monitor system performance and conduct platform audits

• Partner with vendors and project teams on enhancements

• Support and train users across the business

• Maintain data quality, integrity, and security

• Assist with data migration and cleansing activities

• Ensure Salesforce best practice and compliance standards

Skills & Experience

• Required: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)

• Experience administering Salesforce platforms

• Strong knowledge of Flows and platform automation

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and data tools

• Great problem-solving and stakeholder skills

• Pipeline Management
