The Opportunity: CACI is searching for a highly skilled and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to provide executive-level support to top-tier client. Ideal candidate will possess a broad range of expertise, including graphic design, project management, visual communication, customer service, photography support, web administration, strategic planning, support services, and organizational brand management.

Responsibilities: The Senior Graphic Designer should be capable of providing reliable, accurate, state-of-the-art multimedia support essential to ensuring that all customers are able to communicate mission goals and objectives most effectively. He/she will be responsible for translating requirements into a wide variety of visually appealing and impactful design products. These products vary in complexity of design and production, such as exhibits, environmentals, infographics, posters, brochures, publications, branding, digital signage, slick sheets, illustrations, briefing presentations, logos, and engravings.

He/she will be able to manage several projects at once, using industry standard graphic design tools and Workamajig project management software. He/she must be able to conduct basic digital press and large format print production functions.

Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in graphic design or related field
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • 10 years of relevant experience in the graphic design field
  • 8 years of project management and customer service experience
  • Proven track record creating products and visual communications using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and senior leadership
  • Superior organizational skills to manage multiple efforts and deadlines efficiently
  • Applied knowledge of 508 compliance and other relevant industry standards

Desired:

  • 10 years of creative and support experience in the government and defense industry
  • Intermediate proficiency using DSLR cameras and post-processing best practices
  • Intermediate proficiency in WordPress and SharePoint web administration
  • Intermediate proficiency in Workamajig

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
