What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Configure and support Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.
- Design and implement Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automations supporting quote-to-cash processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing, configuration, and approval workflow challenges.
- Support production environments, manage tickets, and provide timely end-user assistance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
- Understanding of quote-to-cash and order management workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation, customization, or support experience.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development.
- Experience supporting quoting, pricing, and order management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Billing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or revenue recognition processes.
- Experience with Conga Contract Management.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer and/or CPQ Specialist).
- Experience with integrations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
