About the Role

DyFlex is seeking expressions of interest from experienced SAP Cloud ERP Solution Architects — both Technical and Functional — to join our growing practice across Australia and New Zealand. As a Solution Architect at DyFlex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class SAP Private Cloud ERP solutions for our mid-market and enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business requirements and technical delivery to ensure our clients realise the full value of their SAP investment. Whether your background is rooted in functional process design or technical architecture, we want to hear from you.

Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP Private Cloud ERP engagements, including greenfield and brownfield implementations

• Collaborate with clients and internal delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose SAP solutions

• Define and own the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with DyFlex delivery standards, SAP best practices, and client objectives

• Provide technical or functional leadership throughout project lifecycles, from pre-sales and scoping through to go-live and Aftercare

• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution presentations, effort estimation, and proposal development

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and functional/technical team members across the practice

• Engage with SAP product roadmaps and emerging technologies to ensure DyFlex solutions remain current and competitive

• Support the continuous improvement of DyFlex delivery methodologies, accelerators, and solution frameworks

Your qualifications and experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within SAP ERP environments, with specific exposure to SAP Private Cloud deployments

• Functional Architects: deep domain expertise across one or more SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM/SD/PP/EWM), or HCM/SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes

• Technical Architects: demonstrated experience in SAP technical landscape design, integration architecture (BTP, APIs, middleware), custom development, and system landscape optimisation

• Experience delivering SAP implementations in mid-market or enterprise environments, ideally across APAC

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to present confidently at executive level

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or architecture disciplines highly regarded

• Experience with SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and cloud migration strategies will be highly regarded

• Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand is required; sponsorship is not available for this role
