About the role

At SD Worx HR, we're building a scalable Core HR platform that serves customers across multiple countries and markets. To support our growth, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, platform engineering, reliability, and improving the developer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms.
  • Drive automation and reduce manual operational work.
  • Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
  • Support production environments and incident resolution.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Technical Leads.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
