Full description

About LoopMeLoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The OpportunityAs we continue to grow, we're looking for a GTM Project Manager to support the planning and execution of key initiatives across our go-to-market organization. Working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Revenue Operations, you'll bring structure to complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This is an opportunity for a proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented project manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and can balance competing priorities while keeping projects moving forward.

  • Coordinate project activities across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other relevant teams.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively address issues that could impact delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project plans, decisions, action items, and status updates.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand their responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables, following up to maintain accountability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and adapting plans as business needs evolve.

  • Communicate project updates, risks, blockers, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and help resolve challenges that may affect project delivery.
  • Bring structure and clarity to projects with evolving requirements, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives and next steps.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the GTM organization.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, documentation, and reporting to provide visibility into progress and outstanding actions.
  • Monitor project outcomes against established objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with relevant teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve project planning, communication, and execution.

•

What you'll bring• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, commercial, or fast-paced business environment.
