About the Role:

Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI / Agentic Engineer to join our growing team in Carmichael, CA. In this cutting-edge role, you'll architect and build intelligent agentic systems leveraging MCP, .NET/Python, and Azure PaaS to drive real-world AI innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems and workflows using the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services and AI integrations using .NET and/or Python
  • Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Azure PaaS (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure App Service)
  • Develop LLM-powered pipelines, autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and translate them into production-ready solutions
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI system performance, reliability, and security
  • Stay current with emerging agentic AI frameworks, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building AI or agentic systems using MCP or similar orchestration frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and/or Python for backend and AI development
  • Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Azure AI Studio
  • Familiarity with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
