Full description

What you´ll do

  • The Project Manager leads and manages innovation projects for the Adhesives Electronics business with a primary focus on execution; this includes managing stakeholder expectations on project scope, deliverables, timing, and resource management. This role is critical to delivering new products to our strategic markets.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, driving risk mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Technology and SU Leadership Teams.
  • Take leading role in Innovation Management Team on quality system management and represent Innovation management team cooperating with internal / external quality system audits, organize corrective actions on findings.
  • Accomplish the tasks assigned by supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • PMP & MBA Preferred.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, self-driven, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to drive and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with executives – influential and not easy to intimidate.
  • Broad business experience covering several functional areas.
