So, what’s the role all about?

As a Specialist DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the cloud infrastructure and software delivery ecosystem that powers our products. You will work closely with R&D, Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.

You will own and enhance our AWS cloud environment, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, container platforms, and operational processes, while driving cloud best practices and continuous improvement.

How will you make an impact?

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, security, reliability, and cost.

Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Docker, ECS/EKS, and scripting.

Monitor and troubleshoot environments to ensure availability and performance.

Partner with R&D, QA, Security, and Operations to drive cloud and DevOps best practices.

Leverage AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and troubleshooting.

Have you got what it takes?

8-11 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS – ECS, EC2, VPC, ALB, Lambda, CloudFront, and CloudWatch.

Strong knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

Proficiency in Shell/PowerShell and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Groovy, JavaScript, or Go.

Experience with monitoring, cloud security, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile environments.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience with AWS RDS and database infrastructure.

Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.

Development/software engineering experience.

Experience with multi-region or multi-tenant SaaS environments.

Experience using AI tools/agents such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Cursor for automation and RCA.
