We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join Source Meridian.

We are laser focused on specific technologies in the healthcare and life science industries: Healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare interoperability.

About the Role

Our client connects specialty pharmacies, data partners and pharma manufacturers through its data platform. When a new customer comes on board, the Business Analyst is the bridge between what the customer and partners need and what the engineering team builds. You'll define the data, agree on it with external parties, and configure the product so data flows correctly.

What You’ll Do

• Define data specifications and data contracts with data partners and customers

• Run working sessions with partners and customers to clarify file formats, fields, frequency and business rules

• Configure product and file settings for each new implementation

• Translate business requirements into clear, testable requirements for Data Engineers

• Validate incoming partner data against the agreed spec and chase down discrepancies

• Keep implementation documentation current and track onboarding progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Implementation Analyst on data-heavy products

• Experience writing data specifications, field mappings or interface/data contracts

• Solid SQL to profile and validate data on your own

• Organized and proactive with several implementations running in parallel

  • Advanced spoken and written English (C1 - C2); confident leading calls with US customers and partners

Nice to Have

• Specialty pharmacy or healthcare data domain knowledge (pharmacy data feeds, dispense/status data, hub services, payer data)

• Familiarity with Snowflake or a cloud data warehouse

• Experience with partner data onboarding or EDI/flat-file integrations

• Background in client-facing SaaS implementation or professional services

Soft Skills

• Proven client-facing experience.

• Excellent communication skills.
