We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst EMEA & APAC to join our regional Finance team.
In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to finance and commercial leadership across EMEA and APAC. You will play a key role in balance sheet management, working capital performance, SG&A ownership, and financial planning activities. Leveraging your analytical expertise, you will provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making across the region.
The position is based at the EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem, Belgium.
What You'll Do
- Support monthly close and forecasting process (LBE)
- Lead balance sheet reviews across EMEA & APAC, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable, working capital, and Other Assets & Liabilities (OAL)
- Own SG&A reporting, forecasting and spend management across the region
- Analyze financial performance and provide meaningful insights to finance and business leadership
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers through data-driven analysis
- Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations to support leadership decision-making
- Drive reporting standardization, process simplification, and automation initiatives
- Participate in strategic finance projects supporting business growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controllership, or Commercial Finance
- Strong understanding of balance sheet management, working capital, financial reporting, and SG&A management
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems such as Hyperion, Dodeca, SAP, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English
