This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Platform based in the United States.
As a Staff Product Manager, Platform, you will shape secure, scalable platform capabilities that power next-generation developer and AI experiences. You will define products and services that enable developers, enterprise customers, partners, and integrators to build and extend powerful software solutions. The role combines deep technical understanding with product strategy, data-driven prioritization, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with engineering, applied science, research, design, and business teams to bring AI-powered platform experiences to market. Your decisions will influence platform adoption, ecosystem growth, developer productivity, and enterprise-scale capabilities. You will balance long-term vision with rapid delivery while using customer signals, telemetry, and usage data to guide investments. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a technically strong product leader passionate about developer platforms and AI.

Accountabilities:
- Define and build platforms, APIs, and enterprise capabilities that support the next generation of developer and AI experiences.
- Enable a thriving ecosystem by creating foundational capabilities that allow partners, integrators, and developers to build and extend platform functionality.
- Use telemetry, customer feedback, business insights, and product usage data to prioritize investments and inform strategic product decisions.
- Develop and execute product strategy for major platform and ecosystem initiatives in close partnership with engineering, applied science, research, design, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with technical and research teams to bring AI-powered platform capabilities and experiences from concept through launch.
- Establish strong engineering partnerships and apply technical credibility to guide sound product and platform decisions.
- Drive platform adoption, ecosystem growth, and large-scale product initiatives with measurable customer and business impact.
- Balance long-term product vision with rapid execution, adapting priorities while maintaining strategic alignment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities, such as governance, security, and platform guarantees, for AI-powered and/or developer-facing products.
- Significant experience working with AI-powered products and bringing machine learning or AI capabilities to customers.
- Proven success driving platform adoption, ecosystem growth, and complex product initiatives at scale.
- Deep understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, SDKs, and partner integration models.
- Background in applied AI, machine learning, data science, or closely related technical disciplines is preferred.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using product and business data to shape strategy and prioritize investments.
- Excellent technical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, research, applied science, design, and business teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to move effectively between product vision, prioritization, and execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
