Overview

Join Blum U.S. as a Project Manager to support the operations of the Project Management team, ensuring strategic project execution and coordination. This position requires an individual who is a team player with strong inter-personal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. This role reports directly to the PMO at Blum U.S., while following guidance that aligns with our corporate structure.

Professional Background

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business management, project management, or engineering). • 3-5 years of project management or leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Proven ability to facilitate small groups to foster and maintain teamwork.
  • Comprehension of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid).
  • Strong business centric mindset with ability to drive optimal business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software.

Requirements

  • Has enthusiasm for project management.
  • Actively manage key large-scale projects as defined by the project portfolio board (i.e. building expansions, strategic process improvements, etc.)
  • Serves as a point of contact for project management related functions.
  • Ability to focus while managing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
  • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members in multiple departments, both verbally and in writing, to provide project updates and address concerns or questions.
  • Must have an eye for detail and a go-getter personality, ready to help synchronize all the project elements and make them operate successfully.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings, including agenda setting, meeting minutes, tracking action items, completing administrative tasks, and developing reports.
  • Proactive mindset, excellent customer service skills, well organized and results-oriented.
  • Self-starter needing little guidance; capable of producing and iterating work as feedback is gathered.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.
  • Adaptable and conducts themselves professionally in all scenarios.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Minimal US & International travel required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and terminology.
  • Workshop facilitation or collaborative event coordination.
  • Quality management and continuous improvement experience.
  • Experience working with a project management office.
  • Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
  • PMP or CAPM certification
