About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Applications and DevOps team based at our Head Office on the Gateshead Quayside. 

As a DevOps Engineer, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative environment of creative problem solvers, dedicated to discovering and implementing trailblazing solutions to advance our business.

In this role, you will analyze and refine complex processes across various departments, including finance, technical support, delivery, and customer service. Your mission will be to develop comprehensive end-to-end systems that enhance operational efficiency.

 

An enthusiastic and proactive approach is vital as you'll be instrumental in enabling colleagues to leverage our extensive toolset effectively. Your support will empower teams company-wide to achieve peak performance.

 

Customer service is key to success in the role – living our values are woven through everything we do to guarantee that our service delivery is second to none.

What you will be doing

• Engineer and refine automation workflows to streamline operations.

• Working within an Azure DevOps workflow.

• Interacting with APIs.

• Administrating our PSA (Professional Services Automation) tool. 

• Driving adoption of our systems.

 You will suit the role if you have

• Demonstrable knowledge or experience working with APIs.

• Have knowledge and understanding of how to use JSON.

• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels, helping you to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Have a passion for innovation and change.

• A foundational grasp of programming concepts.

• An interest in AI.

Salary

£35,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location and Working Arrangements

You will be based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office with travel as required.

 

Hours of Work

Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
