The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, manage budgeting and forecasting, and execute month-end accounting processes. They will also lead G&A planning and prepare quarterly operational reports to support executive decision-making.

Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Partner with business leaders to improve decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial and operational insights.
- Diagnose complex business problems and help develop and implement practical, data-informed solutions.
- Execute month-end accounting and financial processes accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Illuminate the road ahead with support for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning including analysis and management of Corporate Treasury and debt
- Lead G&A planning and forecasting, partnering with functional leaders to develop budgets, monitor performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare quarterly operational and financial reports that give the executive team clear, decision-ready insights into business performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- At least five years of progressive corporate finance experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts, processes, modeling best practices, and financial systems.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and comfort building complex models.
- Highly desirable skills include: experience presenting to senior leaders, strong financial writing skills, and Hyperion PBCS system experience. A background in FP&A is preferred with experience in accounting and real estate being beneficial, but not required.
- We have a lot of great tools – SQL, Power BI, Blue Prism, Power Apps, Python, Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, VBA are all great skills to bring to the team
Additional Information

- Expected base salary of $100,000- $110,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
