Full description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager EMEA to join our Abbott Vascular team. In this role, you will drive portfolio growth, commercialization, and customer engagement across the EMEA region. As a key member of the regional marketing organization, you will work closely with Global, Regional, and cross-functional teams to shape marketing strategies, support product launches, and translate market and customer insights into business results. The position offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives across multiple markets while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and tactical plans that drive product adoption and business performance across the EMEA region
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead regional commercialization and product launch activities, including launch planning, market readiness, training, and post-launch performance monitoring
  • Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for assigned product portfolios and provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute key business initiatives
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and customers to understand unmet needs and identify market opportunities
  • Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and optimize campaign effectiveness through data, analytics, and customer insights
  • Support annual planning processes, develop sales forecasts, and manage marketing investments to maximize return on investment
  • Monitor and communicate key business, commercial, marketing, and financial performance indicators
  • Lead projects and ensure execution excellence through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with Abbott policies, industry regulations, training requirements, and product experience reporting procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Approximately 10+ years of commercial, sales, and marketing experience, including at least 5 years in Product Management or Marketing roles
  • Experience managing products or portfolios across multiple countries or regions
  • Experience within the medical device, vascular, cardiovascular, or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, lifecycle management, and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer and market insights into business actions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate a complex matrix organization
