Data Analyst

📍 Location: Malvern, PA 💼 Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions across the organization. You'll develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models while partnering with stakeholders to identify trends, solve data challenges, and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Utilize SQL and DAX to prepare, model, and analyze data from the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that support business operations and decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets.
  • Troubleshoot reporting environments, databases, and reporting-related issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to prioritize reporting and information needs.
  • Provide support for reporting-related user requests and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of organizational data.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with Power BI and SQL.
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Python and DAX.
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience presenting findings and creating data visualizations for business stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Approximately 90% sitting and 10% standing, walking, bending, or stooping.

  • Occasional travel (less than 10%) by air, rail, or automobile as needed.
