Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Belvoir, VA 22060Position Type: Full TimePosition title: Financial Execution and Operations Support, Program Analyst Journeyman Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance required: SECRET Scope: Provide journeyman-level program analysis and operations support across financial execution and portfolio functions for the RTI Business & Operations Group. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support funding-document review, tracking, and reporting across RTI financial operations. Support technical meetings and event coordination, including agenda development and executive summary drafting. Support onboarding of new government personnel, records management, and completion of taskers. Assist with reporting requirements to Project Leaders and Government managers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I). Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I). Active Secret clearance. Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability. Strong organizational and coordination skills in a government support environment. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Army financial/data systems. Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
