Additionally, the role involves driving application stability and reliability initiatives to improve platform performance and payment success rates.
What they look for
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of product management experience with a strong technical background in enterprise and application architecture. Proficiency in security concepts, vulnerability management, and cross-functional stakeholder communication is essential for this role.
Benefits
Full description
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to partner closely with our Security team and drive the product strategy and execution for security initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation — someone who can understand enterprise and application architecture, evaluate current security exposures, and proactively define and drive mitigation paths.
Beyond security, this individual will also support application stability initiatives, working cross-functionally to improve metrics such as payment success rates, application uptime, and overall system reliability.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of security, engineering, and product — ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex technical risk into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Security Product Management
- Partner with the Security team to understand, prioritize, and deliver on the security roadmap end-to-end.
- Develop a working understanding of enterprise architecture and application architecture to identify current security exposures and risk areas.
- Proactively define mitigation strategies and translate them into actionable product requirements and engineering backlogs.
- Own the product lifecycle for security initiatives — from requirement gathering and prioritization through delivery and post-launch validation.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure security initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business risk tolerance.
- Track and report on security posture improvements, vulnerability remediation timelines, and audit/compliance readiness.
- Stay current on emerging security threats, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2) relevant to fintech.
Application Stability & Reliability
- Support initiatives aimed at improving application uptime, system resiliency, and overall platform stability.
- Work with engineering teams to identify root causes of payment failures and drive initiatives that improve payment success rates.
- Define and track reliability metrics (uptime, latency, error rates, transaction success rates) and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with SRE/DevOps and engineering teams on incident management, postmortems, and long-term reliability roadmaps.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the bridge between technical teams (Security, Engineering, SRE) and business stakeholders, translating technical risk into business impact.
- Work with global, distributed teams across time zones, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and risk clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive prioritization discussions balancing security/stability needs against broader product and business priorities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated ownership of technical or security-related products.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and reason about enterprise architecture and application architecture.
- Demonstrated experience identifying security exposures/vulnerabilities and driving mitigation plans in partnership with security or engineering teams.
- Familiarity with core application security concepts (e.g., authentication/authorization, data encryption, secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling).
- Experience working with global/distributed teams, with strong cross-timezone collaboration and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of system reliability concepts — uptime, availability, incident management, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the fintech/payments industry.
- Direct experience working with payment processing systems and understanding of payment success/failure workflows.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and security/vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Snyk, ServiceNow).
- Prior exposure to SRE/DevOps practices and incident management processes.

- 5 Days Working
- One Complimentary Meal per Day
- Internet Reimbursement
- Gym Reimbursement
- Group Medical Insurance
- Mental Health support benefits
