About the Role

You will run voicebot delivery for Exotel's scale-up customers — mid market, SMB and inside sales where the work is higher in volume and lower in complexity than enterprise. The role suits someone who wants breadth and pace early in a delivery career.

What You'll Do

Delivery

  • Run delivery for voicebot projects across mid-market, SMB and inside-sales customers.
  • Gather requirements, write the scope and keep projects moving to their committed dates.
  • Carry a high number of concurrent, lower-complexity projects without losing track of any of them.
  • Keep documentation, status and handover notes current.

Coordination

  • Coordinate between customers and the engineering team on integrations, testing and go-live.
  • Escalate early when a project is drifting rather than reporting it after the fact.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years in project coordination, delivery or account management in a technology business.
  • Experience working across many small customers at once.
  • SaaS or CPaaS background.

Technical Expertise

  • Enough technical literacy to hold a conversation about APIs and integrations.
  • Comfortable with delivery tooling, trackers and written documentation.

Customer and Communication Skills

  • Comfortable talking to customers and translating what they want into a written scope.
  • Organised, with a bias for closing things rather than tracking them.

Good to Have

  • Experience with high-volume SMB or inside-sales customers.
  • Exposure to conversational AI or automation.
