Under the direction of the Performance Improvement Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing organizational related projects while supporting continuous improvement, process optimization, and organizational change management. This role leads initiatives from assessment to implementation, improves processes, and manages workflow changes to boost organizational performance, while supporting continuous improvement and change management. This role prioritizes and implements small to large initiatives by assessing current practices, supporting development of improved processes, and implementing workflow changes to enhance organizational performance.
This position demands strong project management skills and the capability to turn complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans. The Project Manager should proactively identify risks and help cross-functional teams improve processes and tools.
This position connects LCI’s Microsoft technology ecosystem with business operations to ensure technical solutions provide measurable value.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability appropriate for the level of work performed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, or project management.
- Skilled in assessing and implementing Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise apps) to enhance business operations across units.
- Experience with AI case use, application, and implementation
- Demonstrates a thorough grasp of strategies for managing intricate, cross-functional projects.
- Skilled in breaking down complicated tasks into practical steps and providing accurate assessments of staffing requirements.
- Possesses advanced expertise in project management methodologies, effective communication planning, and risk mitigation.
- Excels at using common software tools, adapting swiftly to unfamiliar programs, and instructing others in their use.
- Consistently identifies and resolves challenging issues across several simultaneous projects.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; skilled at prioritizing tasks.
- Works independently and handles confidential information effectively.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of adequate insurance required.
Preferred
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
- Supervisory experience with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in continuous improvement or Lean methodologies.
