We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our global Data, AI and Insights team, where innovation knows no borders. This team plays a cornerstone role in the development and oversight of our sophisticated data and analytics platform as well as the governance frameworks that support them. As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Data & AI Governance, you will manage complex components of our global data and artificial intelligence governance, compliance and privacy frameworks. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guide technical direction on data integrity and model ethics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. This role requires strong regulatory acumen, deep understanding of data protection standards and the ability to influence outcomes that drive long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of data and AI governance policies, privacy standards and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture and legal teams to translate complex regulatory and ethical requirements into actionable product blueprints.
  • Define and prioritize data quality, security and model auditability requirements for our enterprise data platforms.
  • Engage stakeholders to establish governance priorities, communicate progress and manage risk responsively.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and design processes to safeguard data privacy and model accountability while enabling advanced analytical capabilities.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in technical product management, data governance or AI compliance roles.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing data privacy, AI integrity and security frameworks across global jurisdictions.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodology, technical data stewardship and using Rally for project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, data warehousing architectures and metadata management tools.
  • Experience with cloud security controls, Google Cloud Platform or professional cloud compliance certifications.
