Job Description

As a Python AI Engineer within KDN, you’ll be part of the KPMG family, collaborating with some of the industry’s most skilled practitioners on transformative initiatives. You’ll help shape the future of intelligent systems, working across nearly 145 countries to build trusted, high-impact solutions. Your Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable, secure, and resilient AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Architect and implement advanced Python-based systems integrating Generative AI and LLMs.
• Drive innovation by researching and applying emerging technologies in AI, ML, and GenAI.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders, clients, and peers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying AI agents using LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Azure AI services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering for agent-based systems.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral APIs and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Strong background in Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI) and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of security best practices in AI applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
