Full description

Bamboo Card is a fast-growing e-gift card distribution platform connecting global brands, marketplaces, and digital wallets. We empower clients to offer seamless digital gifting experiences across multiple categories from gaming and entertainment to lifestyle and retail. We're looking for a Product Manager to look after our Client Platform - this role will own the post-sign-up experience for Bamboo Card’s business clients. Once a partner is onboarded, this platform is where they live. The goal goal is to build an intuitive, self-serve dashboard that makes browsing, buying, and getting help completely frictionless.

  • Build the UI that lets clients easily browse thousands of global gift cards/rewards, view dynamic pricing, check inventory, and place bulk card orders seamlessly.
  • Create workflows where clients can discover new products, request access to new regional catalogs, or submit feature requests directly through the portal.
  • Design the ticketing, help center, and communication loops inside the dashboard so clients can get answers fast without needing to email an account manager.
  • You have a track record (5+ years) of building user-friendly B2B dashboards, SaaS platforms, or e-commerce client portals.
  • You don't need to write code, but you know what an API is, understand how data moves between systems, and can confidently discuss system capabilities with engineering teams.
  • You care deeply about clean interfaces. You know how to take a complex business workflow (like buying 10,000 gift cards across 5 currencies) and make it take three clicks.
  • You love fast execution, analyzing product data, and iterating quickly over writing massive corporate spec documents.
